Corner stop module ASME-15

ASME-15 corner stop modules dampen and stop individual workpiece carriers on a lift-position unit HP 1.
ASME-15-W corner stop modules dampen and stop individual workpiece carriers at a section crossing on a lifting transverse unit.

Dependent on friction between workpiece holder and conveyor system,

Adjustment of damping

The damping force is self­adjusting in a certain area but can also be adjusted on the top of the separator.
+ = increase damping force
– = reduce damping force

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The items will be delivered without accessories. Accessories can be freely selected according to the ambient conditions. All accessory parts supplied are mounted depending on customer request.

MAINTENANCE

No maintenance is required. The area around the stop plate must be clean and exempt from swarf to guarantee an exactly positioning of the workpiece carrier.
